    Feel a bit gutted not havin done the RFL - I should have just gone and done it. Think it would have done me good, but I couldn't face going down and meeting people and pretending that me and OH were fine. Would have been a great stress buster

    Thanks Sammy, I'm working my way thru it... quite enjoying it... some of it is a bit, well... difficult for me. but i'm getting there.
