Oh Spud, but before I go, Murray Walker read out a letter from Ayrton Senna's mam at the Monaco Grand Prix in 1994, and the letter was relaying their thoughts and thanks to everyone for the kind words. And he broke down, started cyring, his voice broke up, but he finished the letter. One of TV's most precious moments I think. I have tried and tried to get audio or video footage from the BBC and the FIA to no avail. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Morning everyone:D
Lenny have a great day at the zoo, can you bring me back oneof those little plastic moneys on a swing that you click the buttons at the side and the monkey swings round the bar. I have been looking for one for ages:rotfl: .
Oh Sar you must be so excited/nervous. I think I would have butterflies in your little tummy. How exciting to do something that you love.
I think the most exciting thing Ill do today is go for a swim, will possibly need to get out of bed first.Maybe make myself a nice cup of tea before i make any rash decisions:rotfl: . Don't you just love Sundays
xxThread softly becuase you thread on my dreams0 -
Hey Spud, a woman after my own heart. Tell me is watching the football also your ideal way to spend a day too? I used to be a massive fan of F1 and I mean massive. Ive been to Monaco, Silverstone in my time, but I dont find it very appealing anymore;but...when it goes back to BBC1 and we hear the immortal tones 'Bummmmmmmm bum bum bum bum bumbumbumb bum bum' I may be enticed back. Apart from my son and my 3 legged cat, Ayrton Senna is my hero even before Ali. Even now when I hear is name mentioned I sigh with disbelief; a supreme talent lost. Tell me did you watch the Monaco grand prix after Imola in 1994?
I've never been to one, but would love to. My ex boss used to helicopter in to Silverstone, each year and I was sooooo jealous. I'm not very popular here on a F1 Sunday, coz there's only me likes it, everyone else finds summat else to do :rotfl:
I love watching football, and have been known to frequent the vault of our local pub, shouting louder and swearing more than the blokes in thereNot nowadays, cos I'm a laydee, but in my yoof
