:jThis site pays cash for your old broken mobile phone thats sitting in a drawer!! I got just over £20 for 2 old phones (both wouldnt even switch on). They sent me the envelopes to post my phone back in and then a cheque followed a week or so later. Fill in the make etc on the website and you'll get an estimated amount there and then. Worth a try!!
