My husband is 40 next month & he mentioned he would like some silver jewellery, so I bought him double dog tags on a silver chain.
I want to have something special engraved on them but everything i think of is cheesy!
My best idea is to have mine & his name on the 1st 1 & the names of our 4 children on the 2nd 1.
Any better ideas?

It really depends how much you are wanting to spend.
Have a look at these websites - i really like the ideas. Really want an excse to buy for somebody.
http://www.amjewellery.co.uk/index.html - it really depends how old your children are!
http://www.littlemejewellery.co.uk/HTML/products.html - the individual charms are £20.
I'm sure there are places where you can get these sorts of things done cheaper - i just found these from yahoo. xxx0 -

You could have his name and date of birth on one and then your wedding day and the day you met on the second? Or you could do one from you and then the second one with a message from the kids.0 -
Do you have a pet name for his doo dah!!
You could put that on it.... wanders off imagining things like "to my feather duster from your grubby cupboard":D
Only joking!
I like the dates of your first meet, wedding day etc. Also a good reminder.0 -
how about barcodes with your important dates as the numbers along the bottom?0
