nope, sorry Tesscha, no good news from me either, I didn't do any excersize yesterday! I was feeling sluggish all day and then I had a huge plate of pasta for dinner which made me too full to move energectically for fear it would come back up! terriable I know, but I will promise to make up for it tonight!

It is lovely to have you back BF!! it has been pretty quiet without you! that pic is lovely!! I'm looking forward to hearing all about it and getting jealous! lol!

Lets blame our bad behaviour on the depressing weather and move on! no naughty afternoon snacks or fast food dinners, it's never too late to rescue a bad day! xx

Tess, sorry you are feeling a bit poorly, same as puzzled, hope you girls are feeling better soon.

It's really quiet again today, I really need to get that job next week, so I hope that I dont mess up the 2nd interview. I think they need someone to start quickly, I could start straight away. The beauty of it is that you are not stuck in an office so as long as you are doing your work, you can be flexible, ie, I can look in here and see what's happening. I'm really excited about it so I'll need to make sure I see off the comeptition:rotfl:

wtbas you are right of course they are jealous - but personally methinks it is a bit petty, as usually we all ask about each others holidays and swap pictures etc... although we haven't been 'gelling' so much recently, and I am looking around for another job... applied for 2 and heard nothing back... might explain it!! (they dont know this tho!!!)
depressing aint it SL?!! I hope that you do really well at your interview

Oh sorry - yes I had an absolutley AMAZING time, the heat was wonderful, the scenery amazing, the hotel beautiful (BUT EXPENSIVE!!! - Spent on credit card for first time in 5 months:(!) Went on hot air balloon, rode a camel, saw King Tut's mummy and coffin; went all round Valley of the Kings....oooh it felt like we were away for aaages. Will tell more tomoz, as got to dash now xx

Just done an hour of davina and am knackered! However all i hae ate today is 1/2 a co-op chocolate cake and cream on it..... crap food which even tasted crap as the cake was so dry. yet more empty calories... booo!

Just write away for as many as you can BF. I would register with some agencies, I have had a couple of interviews that way as well. This 2nd interview was from a newspaper ad tho. I really need this job badly, so fingers crossed that I get it!!! I must admit, I am fed up of doing job applications, I hope I am soon at the end of it.

Morning wtbas - I am hiding behind my husband who is 24 stone, and therefore am bound to look slim!! lol, that is why I like that photo! I weigh 11.5 / 7 (havn't weighed myself since getting back off hols!) and am 5 foot 2". Therefore I should weigh around 9 stone, so at this point I need to lose 2.5 stones!
Last December I weighed 13 stone, so feel I have come quite a way; but need to start picking up the slack again. How is everyone this morning? xx

From 11st 7lbs, I'm now down to 11st 2lbs. Lost a few pounds over the past few days as I'm waiting for pay day and having cup a soups and bread for lunch, porridge in the morning, pasta and veg in the evening as well as walking home from work (about 5 miles). Hopefully a weight which starts in the 10s is not too far off.

Roll on pay day Monday!!!
