Unscented liquid soap where?

Where can I buy plain unscented liquid soap to refill dispensers?
We have been using anti-bacterial soap for a while but it's so very silly as plain soap apparently does just as well at killing bugs.
Also I have exzema on my hands so I would rather do without the colourings, scents and anti-bac agents in these. Most of the non-anti-bac products are also stuffed with "bog freshener" scents and and silly moistening agents, I don't want these just the plain soap to clean my hands.
Is it easy/possible to make liquid soap?

sainsburys do one called pure which i use as i have eczema, and they do a refill which works out cheaper if you have the bottle with the pump to refill. think its about 69p.
