Any advice?

Hi everyone. I'm a recent MSE convert - what a great site! I was wondering if anyone out there had any advice they could give me. I'm sure there will be people who are in, or who have been in a similar situation.
I graduated from uni last year, leaving education with a huge student loan debt, a maxed out student overdraft, no savings left, and a clapped out car that needed replacing. While I went straight into a job in publishing and have tried really hard to watch the pennies, renting in my area is very expensive and things just aren't improving. I've got my heart set on a few months of traveling in a couple of years, but it's looking impossible at the moment, even after taking on a second job through the summer!
So, if you had a £1000 overdraft to pay off, owed a family member £1500 for a car, had a £2000 graduate loan and zero savings, how would you go about sorting things out? The overdraft and car debts are interest free, (though the overdraft goes down to £500 in a year's time) but they've been hanging over my head for such a long time it's quite stressful.
Any pearls of wisdom much appreciated. Thanks guys.
