Debt Help

Hello All

Im a newbie and i would really like some help with my current debt please

Ive just joined the CCCS and they have set up a DMP to pay back my £33.5k worth of debt!

Im so scared as my main debt is a personal loan of £21k! I know im sooo stupid! my payments were £250 a month but CCCS are proposing £114 my mortgage is with them too so im scared of what thye'll do!

My other debts are

HSBC Overdraft - £841 CCCS Proposing £19.75
HSBC Overdraft - £597 CCCS Proposing £13.77
HSBC Credit Card £2058.00 CCCS Proposing £22.96
HSBC Overdraft £876.00 CCCS Proposing£20.21
HSBC Credit Card - £3454.00 CCCS Proposing £59.70
Bank of Scotland Credit Card - 1197.00 CCCS Proposing 22.96
Bank of scotland loan £20017.00 CCCS Proposing £114.81
Halifax Credit Card - £1550 CCCS Proposing 15.16
Next 903.00 CCCS Proposing 41.79
Orange 655.00 CCCS Proposing 36.74
Halifax overdraft 1400.00 CCCS Proposing 32.15


Has anyone any experience of these creditors on a DMP or any advice

Im getting sleepless nights just becuase I havent heard anything.

pls help whats the worst that can happen?

    I have next on a DMP and they are fab!!! They were the first to take the £5 per month and have been really good, froze interest too.
    Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!

    yeah i heard next are good with these things im sooo worried about my 21k loan what can they do to me if they dont accept the dwp
