Bulk cooking and freezing meals?

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if there is a thread dedicated to freezing meals? I've had a look and can't find one. If so, can you point me in the right direction, please.
So far, we've done the curry base sauce, shepherds pie, spaghetti bolognaise and chilli. OH isn't overly keen on casseroles (though I love them) and we don't have a slow cooker.
