Scary- letter from OR today but it was good news as theya ren't going to claim it.
It was touch and go because as far as work goes I need it about a dozen times a year for evening work which didn't cover the monthly cost, but my lovely doctor wrote a letter confirming my mobility problems - its not enough for disablement but enough to make life very difficult as I have quite severe osteo-arthritis - and all is well!
Still waiting to hear if the y are going to take over my flat (vacated) which has some equity or if it will revert to the mortgage co.

Some lose the car, most don't. I get the impression that the OR would rather let you keep the car than not. From personal experience my OR was suggesting ways I could convince her to let me keep mine. I got the impression it was way far too much trouble for them to deal with. Unless of course it was worth shed loads of money.
Really glad for you0 -
Post with GettingHopeful I seem to remember the OR was suggesting someone buy it for her or the car could be taken. It was suggested she get a letter from her Dr because she has an arthritic condition.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
