So i went to court last wednesday and handed in my petiton, so instead of having three i know have two, ones for me to keep, that leaves one, so where do i send that ?
Ive just recieved letter from OR stating telephone interview date etc and a big grey envelope to stuff my financial records into, do i include the last petition and statement of affairs in this envelope to send to OR?
There also asking for last 12 months statements, not likley there shredded only have last months statements is that ok?
Should i send them a little note to say ive opened a coop cashminder account?
Battered but Much happier

The court should have kept 2, 1 for then and one to go to the OR. So if you think the OR does not have one i would put it in. Dont worry about not having all the statements lets be honest when you are in debt you dont want to keep them but what you dont have the OR can get from the banks anyway.
You dont have to tell the OR that you have opened a cashminder account as post BR its not really there business and although i did tell mine he said good idea. That was that.
Hope this helps:cheesy: K2nga :cheesy:

I thought the court should have taken 2 copies, one for them and one for the OR
I would send the spare one to the OR, just in case.
Any thing you don't have just put in a note explaining why and the OR can get hold of any he needs to.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
So i went to court last wednesday and handed in my petiton, so instead of having three i know have two, ones for me to keep, that leaves one, so where do i send that ?give the OR a ring and ask if they have a copy if not then ask if they want you to send that one in. Normally there is 1 copy for court,1 copy for OR and 1 for you. Maybe the court cocked up:D

Should i send them a little note to say ive opened a coop cashminder account? No just tell them at the interview
When is your interview?. The court may have photocopied your SOA for the OR but to avoid any possible delays would be wise to ring and find out if they need the spare one you have DFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Did you do your forms online? Perhaps that's why the court didn't take 2 copies, the OR picks it up electronically.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
