Interim charging orders in the event of bankruptcy?

I'm sorry but I don't really know but I think if it is an interim order it may go in your BR. Anyway this will bump up your post for others to see.

I am fairly certain that it will be included in your BR but make sure the OR knows about it ASAP so that it can be dealt with before it turns into a full charging order because things get more problematic then.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

The debt will go into your BR, but make sure YOU attend the court for the final hearing or at least write to the court to tell them about your BR, despite what your OR may tell you about not needing to.
DO NOT leave it to the OR at Southend, we left ours with them and one was made final, we're now going through the hassle of trying to get it removed because it shouldn't have ever been granted.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
