Get my BR date on Sunday!!

Chased Crewe again today, the BR lady said she would ring me Sunday with my date.

At last I have light at the end of the tunnel, their in the 4,000 numbers so no wonder they are busy.

CAB advisor helped get my forms ready, got to pop in and shee her collect my huge file of creditors letters too. Hopefully everything there ready for OR when they want it.

Well no phone call today

The lady only works Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9.30 til about 2.30pm.

Been chasing twice a week, on Friday was told would get back to me today. My CAB adviser has paperwork ready, and all my letters so guess will have to chase again Tuesday.

Thanks for your support and hugs :A

Spoke with my CAB advisor today, appears I'm not the only one waiting for Crewe. CAB have wrote in to court saying 12+ wks for a date is not on.

So I sit and wait again, just want to know what date I'm working to. Creditors ring I just say I'm working with CAB to sort it out. Some getting bit shirty BUT should I tell them I'm waiting on BR date or not??? Don't want bailiffs calling from companys trying to get money before I go BR as I don't have an money anyway.

You won't get bailiffs coming unless they have issued a CCJ. If you get a letter from the courts to say that a creditor is wanting a CCJ then take it to the CAB and they will help write a defence. Or ring National Debtline or come on here for help.
