There site has no mention of not completing orders where mistakes appear on there website, nor do they when you recieve your reciept, as they have taken my money am I entitled for them to complete the trasaction?

There's no BUY button on the page and a message asking you to call for stock levels. Perhaps they noticed it after you ordered?

I've moved this over to It's Gone because it seems that this isn't an offer at all. The price is presumably showing up as zero as they have no stock of this item, so there is no product to buy or offer to take up.
