Why Life Without Credit Is Good
For anyone on a DMP or has a BRU or CCJ

You save now, pay when you get it and boy it feels good to OWN something all by yourself. Even if its a 1994 Nissan Micra with the odd rust hole :rotfl: Hey a car's gotta have charm right :T
-
Even doing the little jobs becomes hard without debit cards or credit cards. Course its a great demotivator when you have to visit the post office in town to top up that special lil gold card (you know the one I mean;)) then come back to buy something on Ebay:o
-
You listen to people in work talking about their latest platinum super fantastic credit card and instead of thinking "wow that sounds good" you think "You'll pay for it one day
"
-
Your wallet has 1 mobile phone topup card, 1 tesco clubcard, 1 hole in wall card & one special lil pre paid gold card (you know the one I mean;)) Instead of 10 bits of plastic that you owe 1000's on.
-
Its a great excuse for the people in the street selling you stuff. No one wants to know when your a bad risk and its bloody great.... The phone never rings with sales calls (post DMP or BR of course:D) and your homelife is yours again!
-
Chopping up the cards is a great feeling:D
-
You appreciate the little things like food, a working car (not the lastest BMW) and a roof over your head.
-
Your fighting a winning battle rather than putting money into a bottomless pit of charges, charges to pay for charges, charges to pay for charges on charges..........
-
Your basic bank account no longer pays for the shareholders ball with the charges placed on it.
-
You meet the lovely people at CCCS or CAB. And they realy are lovely!
Number 11 is the best though...
Getting to meet you guys
