Orange Mobile Contract

Hey Guys,

As for bad news this morning. I cannot afford to pay my orange mobile contract.
I am still in the contract so I cannot get out of it.

Does anyone know of any ways for me to get out of it, or to stop a payment?

Thanks

    Hello,

Unfortunately if you’re in a contract you will be liable for the remainder of the term i.e. if you had 6mths left and you paid £20 per month you would owe £120.

But if you are no longer using this phone it’s no longer a priority, so you could offer reduced payments at an affordable amount based on your budget. You would no longer be able to use the phone.

    Hope this helps

i used to work there and if you dont pay them they dont charge you (but your bank will if the DD bounces so cancel that) then once you miss the payment you will get a letter from collections and they can offer you a payment plan and put you on a free tarrif so you dont rack up more debt but you need to wait for the letter .... they will however bar your phone from making outgoing calls but as long as you stick to your paymnet plan they let you have incomming calls ..... hope this helps
