Can anyone point me in the direction of a pro rata .xls or online calc, without having to register, the payplan one is superb but you have to send them all your details.
Need to input income and expense and at least ten creditors, a mix of loans and cards, not me of course, it's a friend, honest! Scouts honour!
All the best.

Still got to pile your details into it, bit of an info gathering thing if you ask me."YOU WANT THE CASH? YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE CASH"0

mmmmm, all you need to enter is your budget & creditor details, i.e. the absolute minimum information required to calculate your pro-rata payments. The only 2 peices of information that are mandatory are 1. A user id, 2. A name for the budget account.
I would be interested to know why you think the Web Site is gathering information, it allows you to be completely anonymous & doesn't need any of your personal details or e-mail address.
I developed the Web site for use free of charge to help people like yourself, I am not a company looking to gather information about people or to profit from the Web site.

It might be the fact that it states *mandatory fields

This page has 1 mandatory field, i.e. Budget Account Name. All other details are not mandatory, I think you misunderstood something.0

Full marks for public spirit Thaylock................................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0 -
Quite right Robert_Sterling. One of the reasons I set it up is because this year I helped 3 close friends & family deal with their debt, after helping the 3rd person it came to the point where I said to myself 'I am not going through this crap again', so I developed this site so the next person who want's my help will be directed to my Web site & they can sort out their own mess. Apart from anything else, I have an interview with the CAB in January to offer my services to assist as a debt councellor/IT support, My Web site will demonstrate to them I am capable of assisting with both duties & if they want to integrate my Web with theirs then they can (FREE of charge).0

I used a simple spreadsheet to work out the pro rata amounts for a friend who had some cash but not enough to pay off all her debts.
You still need to put in all the details of your debts and to be honest seeing it all down in one place really helped her to see the extent of the problem.0 -
As I am also helping someone with their debt problems, I can do without unhelpful comments from Robert.
Typing into any website leaves a trail, I do not know Thaylock, I admire his public spirit and I am trying to totally protect my friend. You must be able to understand that? I am asking for an excel spreadsheet or similar, not an online service.
Thaylock, I hope you are accepted in your debt role with the CAB, as you are aware one of the strengths of the CAB service is total confidentiality.
Good luck."YOU WANT THE CASH? YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE CASH"0 -
Fair enough, if you are after an offline excel spreadsheet solution then fine. But my solution also provides anonymity (you just don't enter any personal details which are not mandatory). I will update my Web site to deal with these type of concerns. You mentioned you are also helping a friend with his debt, guess what, my Web site allows you to deal with as many peoples debts as you like be creating a budget account for each person. My Web also goes one step further & actually generates letters offering reduced payments to your creditors.
Thanks for replying anyway because it helps me to deal with concerns people have about using a Web site like mine. Your input is very much appreciated.
If you are concerned about confidentiality, just don't enter any personal details, or if you do enter personal details just type in any old crap.0
