Hi..i am soon going to have to take the big,scarey step towards BR, i am living in a flat,paying rent to my landlords account,but do not have a tenancy agreement.How will i prove to the courts that the rent amounts are true.Should i contact my landlord and get a letter from them?

Yes, they are by bank transfer, I just wasnt sure if i would also need proof that the name on the transfer is my landlord.0

when completing your SOA for BR include this as an ougoing.
If you submit to this site someone more experienced(by years!) will be along to check.

Yeah you should be fine. It will also ask you on your partition for your landlord name and address so the OR will have it by then anyway:cheesy: K2nga :cheesy:
