Question re. rent and br

Hi..i am soon going to have to take the big, scarey step towards BR, i am living in a flat, paying rent to my landlords account, but do not have a tenancy agreement. How will i prove to the courts that the rent amounts are true.Should i contact my landlord and get a letter from them?

Yes, they are by bank transfer, I just wasnt sure if i would also need proof that the name on the transfer is my landlord.
  • when completing your SOA for BR include this as an ougoing.
If you submit to this site someone more experienced(by years!) will be along to check.
    Hope this helps:D

Yeah you should be fine. It will also ask you on your partition for your landlord name and address so the OR will have it by then anyway
