Future Mortgage Balance Calculator

Hi All,
I wonder if someone can help.
I'm looking for a free (idealy excel based) future mortgage balance calculator which allows shows monthly deductions and the use of variable interest rates.
I want to see the balance and interest being paid on my mortgage easily and see the affect of any overpayments I manage to make.
I've searched the web but not found anything free.
