Vitamins - Summer Sale, Zipvit

Options
Following recommendations from others on this site, I recently transferred to ZipVit for buying my vitamins, cod liver oil, etc and have been very impressed by their prices and excellent service. They're currently doing a Summer Sale - Cod Liver Oil and other items are " Buy One, Get Two Free", so I've stocked up. www.zipvit.co.uk

You can get your products in plastic containers or these handly little reusable Zipped plastic bags which are useful for storing other items such as saved seeds from your veggies, flowers, etc. or dried fruit & snacks for packed lunches,

  • Was not very happy with my shopping experience of ZipVit at all. Placed an order and it never turned up and when I contacted them they tried to tell me that they didn’t have my order. Very unprofessional for an online retailer. Seemed extremely unorganised. Eventually got my order over a month later and needless to say, I won’t be ordering again. They sell cheap supplements but can’t deliver. Would recommend you take care when ordering from them and seriously consider shopping elsewhere.

I've ordered from them twice and on the second occasion they sent a bulk supply in zipped bags instead of plastic containers. However, when I contacted them, they immediately apologise and sent me sufficient empty containers by return of post so I can't really complaint. Mistakes sometimes happen but if a company acts immediate to correct its mistake I thjink that's reasonable.
