Actually, you would have has a minimum of £300 penalty just for the partnership return if you had filed a paper one after 31st October (if there are 2 partners). Happy to help.0 -
My son has done some agency work on and off for the last couple of months. In between times he has claimed JSA. When he has done the agency work using a CIS card and he has been paid through an umbrella company that have deducted tax and NI. Will he have to fill in a tax return?0
