I've just finished a loaf of Irwin's "Rankin Selection" Cinnamon and Raisin bread. I can't get enough of the stuff but sadly this doesn't seem to be available in any of my local supermarkets.
See http://www.irwinsbakery.co.uk/products/product/47/rankin-selection-cinnamon-and-raisin-loaf/ if you haven't a clue what I'm talking about!
Can anyone point me in the direction of a similar recipe? I have a Panasonic breadmaker so a receipe that would work in that would be excellent!!!
Thanks for looking!

You can generally just add a bit of cinnamon and some raisons to any white bread recipe. A bit of sugar if you want to, you don't really need a seperate recipe, but one with eggs and milk in it makes it last longer...and taste richer!!"Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without!!"Nov NSD: ?/30 Nov Make 10 Day ?/300Get Rid Of Debt: ?/2000 !! :mad:0

Thanks for the replies folks. The actual bread I love is a soda bread - does this make a difference? I'm new to this bread / cake making malarky!0

Yes, it will make a difference. I see that the link you mentioned in your first post was for soda bread, but the recipes given in the links are for yeasted bread. I'd continue your search.
Try searching http://www.recipezaar.com/ using "cinnamon raisin soda": you will certainly get a lot of results. See this one: http://www.recipezaar.com/121708“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step” - Lao Tzu
