Excel Spreadsheet?

Hi all - Ive been keeping track of my spending in the online spending diary but would ideally like to use excel. Now, I have excel but havent used itin literally years so am looking at it gormlessly now lol!
Has anyone got a template they use for their incomings and outgoings and a simple idiot-proof guide to inputting the data and analysing it.

I know its a big ask but thanks for considering. I'm determined to get more organised and beat this rise in cost of living!
