Hey guys. Not been around for a while - cant believe whats conspired to keep us from declaring BR. But anyway tomorrow is the day - court has a drop in service. and we've finally got the cash together. 495 each.
question is: when i was last logged in and regular i could have sworn that there was another small charge to pay: something that took the cost to just over the 1000 joint. am i imagining it? dont want to drive all the way there and have it wrong - and we're so tight on having the right money in cash we practically squeak.

There can be an additional fee. I found this:
The fee to swear the statement of affairs.
In a County Court, no charge is made to swear the affidavit, which is part of your statement of affairs. But in the High Court or before a solicitor there is a £7 charge.0 -
I contacted the court who advised me on charges...even what to bring to claim exemption from £150 court feesIt's not the mickle that mak's the muckle:j BSC 166:jBR 25th June 2008Discharge 25th June 20090
