Hi, need some advice!
Went to court yesterday morning BR!
I have a 2k overdraft with hsbc, and i was overdrawn by £200 (ish).
This morning i logged onto my account and was surprised to see a payment from a former employer for money owed to me, totally unexpected.
So iam now back into my overdraft facility and i have £300 (ish) in credit.
Am i ok to get it out? or should it be left now iam BR?
Could really do with it as iam smashed regarding cash..!

I think you are right to get it out but be honest with your OR about and say that you needed it for living expenses and they will be fine about it.:cheesy: K2nga :cheesy:
