    well they say it can be as hard to gain weight like it is for some to lose weight. good to take healthy steps.

    I have a curry in the slow cooker just now for tomorrow. first attempt at using it so hopefully it works out.

    thanks! it has made me feel much better :) the chinese was lovely except they sent boiled rice instead of fried rice booooooooooooo so wasnt as good as usual but it was still delish! its my one treat of the week for working hard, dont get many treats nowadays lol!! xx

    we all need a little treat every now and then and you've been doing so well with all your over time etc, you deserve it!

    Purps, I need to get better with my slow cooker as well, especially working starting work at 6:20am, so would be great to have the stuff chopped and ready, chuck in at 6am, on low ready for when I get home at 6pm....
    Quick q, if youre making chicken curry in a slowcooker do you put the chicken in raw?

    thats what I think! i'm not working all these hours and not having any treats from it that would not make me wanna carry on!

    I would deffo put the chicken in raw, same as if I make it in the pan, everything goes in then the raw chicken last, we never seal the chicken :)

    ahhhh thats alright then
    Im gonna make my curry in it now I think and just lob it all in. How long do we think it'll need on high setting? About hour and a half.....

    I literally just added all ingredients (raw chicken) and clicked start lol. I just tried a bit and its lovely! i'm proud of my first attempt! :D
