awwww what a Mum thing to say.....:p

    Well.....
Got offered the job but the salary is less :o starting on 15k rising to 16k after 3 months (im currently on 18k) and then another review 6 months after that....

However the MD has set me a goal (its all very new age) to learn to drive by the end of the year (ideally august), as he is buying a new car for the centre, and I will then have the car to drive! So thats an incentive. After 6 months I am put into the company bonus scheme. Im being taken to a seminar at the end of january, and going to Spain for another seminar in February!
I also get prive healthcare insurance, all my treatments at the centre are free, and we are given a £500 a year allowance for well being (so can be used for gym membership, massages, reiki healing)..... So the perks are really decent for a decrease in pay
But then I'll only be working 4 days as well..... so really its probably the same/if not better than what I get now....

However I now just need to negotiate early release from current job as he would like me to start two weeks monday.....
Not sure if thats going to be possible......but I can but ask....:A
    So hurdle one overcome!
