BR in local paper.

how soon from going to court with fees to go BR to being put in local paper?
also last question
If it goes in for 1 eve only does that mean it goes into one of the
******* evening only papers or would it go in the local weekly free papers. where i live there is only 2 free weekly papers for locals the larger towns next door have evening papers which are 30p or sommat like tht.

I would just like to know if i will be in for a week ( free weekly paper) or a paid paper for night only ..

Mine took about 2wks before it went in the local evening paper. It goes in for 1 night only and mine did not go in the local free papers. It also goes in the london gazzette.D

Don't worry about... It is hardly seen by people. only creditors might look out for it. when have you ever read the paper and looked at the BR info..

i have seen companies going into liquidation and insolvent in the free weekly local paper i just presumed no-one nr me goes BR . !

I work in the next town where they have a paid evening paper... if anyone sees it it will be colleagues

Its usually your local paid paper rather than the next towns etc. (and London Gazette and Insolvency online)

Mine went in the same week, but the girl who lives nearby and went BR on the same day has never yet been in (not in the first 3 months anyway)

You only really check these things if you have been through it. I tend to look occassionally these days! But never ever, even thought to look in before and I think its the same for most people. Therefore if you are noticed then its likely to be someone who has already been through it and is unlikely to mention it.

my mum reads the free weekly local papers word for word.. announcments and all.
im dreading it.
my local court is the next town from me..under the coucil i live in this town.. as this larger town borough wise took over the little town i live in..
so im hopin as the borough is all classed as 1 town ( Just diveded between the communities lol) im hoping im in the evening one..which is based in the main borough... in my small town we dont buy tht paper..

I know people thats been BR and they have not been in the local paper.
I asked cab about it and they said "its a hit or miss situation"
I went BR yesterday and i never buy the local paper and iam not going to start now!

Never seen any in my local weekly paper (pay for one not free). But looking at my court, they are on BR number 1000+ this year. So I guess there would be pages and pages of them.
