4.The prize draw will take place on 17th November 2008. The first name drawn will win a car as specified. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part and the winner will be responsible for licencing and insuring the vehicle. RIAS plc reserves the right to offer an alternative model of the same value to the one indicated here. The car must be claimed by the 12th December 2008.
5. The winner will be notified by post within 14 working days of the draw date.
6. RIAS plc’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

NB - the website says insurance for the over 50's but T&C states 18+. I got a quote aged 35, so don't assume you can't enter
