Hi...Some advice please

Hi, Just found this forum..
I have had a grim year, first a death in the family and then lost my job and was unemployed until August. I have debts over £20k and am now employed on a commision basis. I reckon I will be on £12-£15k for the first few years.
I am being threatened by my creditors and am losing the plot.
I think a trust deed would be an ideal solution to my troubles. The interest on a £500 credit card means it is now about £1k already. I dont own my own home.
I really would appreciate some advice

Make you sure you include all your debts with company name, ammount outstanding, length on loan terms and how long is remaining on your loans, credit limits on you cards, and APR's (very important they are exact)and what your currently paying so we can get a better picture of your situation.0
