hi can anyone suggest me what to see in buying a camcorder and the cheapest place to buy them

Hi sanya, it depends on model etc and what you want it for. If you just want to shoot film and put it onto video then you will pick up very cheap analogue camcorders. But if you are into your PC then you could buy a digital camcorder and send all the film to your PC for editing and then burn onto a dvd. Like anything, you are better off narrowing down a couple of models and then price searching on something like https://www.dealtime.co.uk or https://www.kelkoo.co.uk for a start. HTH.
