(apols if anyone has already mentioned)
Interesting letr from the above today...they act on behalf of lloyds re a pnl loan..and hav written asking me to call to take advantage of their clients ''generous'' offer re f/f ....so i have to ring thm by 31/7 to ''discuss my personalised settlement offer''..at end of letter state ''this offer is only available for a short time and failure to fulfil your liability to our client may result in further action''
(i am currently on a dmp and making agreed payments to every one).
Anyone else had something like this from AIC?
I will be ringing (free) out of interest..dont have any dosh though..c how 'generous' they r.

AIC (Allied International Credit) based in Glasgow are THE nastiest DCA around (search this site and you will find the horror stories).
They contacted me in relation to my American Express debt and were so rude and nasty I ended upm telling the guy to F**k Off!
I called AMEX and told them of my experience with AIC and they were very apologetic and passed my debt onto RMA Resolve who have been total gents and allowed me to pay what I can afford each month with all interest and charges dropped.
Don't let these b******s bully you - you may be in debt but you are not a piece of dirt - REMEMBER THAT!!0 -
Dial 141 first to block your number if you must call them.
If you're in a position to offer f&f, do it in writing. if you're not, what's the point?0 -
Advice is never phone them , do not give out your number , letters only !0
