Ikea used to do a similar thing called 'Amorf' a year or so ago - on a roll and for putting on windows etc. Not sure if they still sell it though.
Was about £4 IIRC

I got some from Ikea a couple of years a ago put in on landing window in last house, worked a treat stopped neighbours from looking in and kept my landing nice and bright, i used one of them window wipes thingies its got a handle and rubber blade on end it took out all bubbles out when i put it up.0

Instead of using this you can also use a spray paint that "frosts" your windows. I know Plastikote do one but there are other makes as well I think.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0
