I use Pantene Ice Shine at the mo. but was wondering if anyone could recommend any other hairsprays, particularly those that do not leave a white residue or that smell horrible?

I really do like Elnett. Was quite windy here yesterday, walked down town and back in lunchtime, combed hair back into place and looked great. Have not found another hairspray that has the same hold. Smell is not that great but a small price to pay for groomed hair. It was on offer in Sainsbury a while ago, a third off.0

If you want a hairspray that will keep your hair in place so the wind doesn't blow it about try Trevor Sorbie firm hold. No need to comb hair back in place if it's windy. I have short hair and just want to style it in the morning and forget it for the rest of the day. It works fine for me. Don't know how it performs on long hair. Smells fine and often on 3 for 2 at Boots.0

I love the Tresemme extra hold (in a white can).
Its reasonable priced, holds my very fly away hair in place all day, no smell or residue and is easy to brush out.
That said, if i could afford the Pantene ice, i would buy that everytime, its ace:rolleyes:Veni, Vidi, Visa. I came, I saw, I shopped:rolleyes:0 -
