what to do with cooked salmon. asap please

i cooked a big piece of salmon on monday and still have quite a bit left. its not going to last much longer and my mind has has gone blank.
i dont fancy sandwiches, what can i do fairly quickly with it?
i have a good store cupboard, just no braincells!

    You could do fish cakes then freeze them.

    fish pie, quiches,salmon pate,mix with mayo and tuna for a baked potato filling.

    put ricotta cheese on top and wrap in spinach leaves or cabbage leaves put in pan of hot water and simmer for 20 mins - lurverly

    thanks very much for the ideas, i made the most delicious pasta dish with the salmon, cream, a handful of prawns, peas, lemon juice and some dill.
