what to do with cooked salmon. asap please

i cooked a big piece of salmon on monday and still have quite a bit left. its not going to last much longer and my mind has has gone blank.
i dont fancy sandwiches, what can i do fairly quickly with it?
i have a good store cupboard, just no braincells!
