    That seems unfair. the T&C's say from July 8th so you would have thought they would have fitted you in before you go away.

    Sorry you lost it Toniq. Shame they couldn't be a bit more flexible, I mean they didn't exactly contact you from the right date did they? By my calculation the 8th was, yep, 8 days ago! Oh well, the next big win is on it's way - and it'll be better!
