You new partner would be taken into consideration when working out your allowances for the OR.purpleplumb wrote: »yes I do live outside the EU but I would like to return back to the UK a couple of times a year to see my kids...
Debts..
27K - Amex
25K - Loan
5k - Barclaycard
13k - Joint Account which is now frozenthis would fallto our ex to pay if you went bc
All these are having massive amounts of interest being charged to them monthly.
I have also had to pay back 5k to the Child Tax Credit people as she had the form filled out in my name and falsely declared incorrect information, who did they come running to me... As it was in my name, little did I know this claim had been going on for 3 years and I knew nothing about. I had to pay it or else at that time, would of got my employers involved.
My monthly mortgage is 870.00 a month.
The CSA payments are at a reduced amount due to me paying the mortgage, I currently pay 470 a month.
My salary is 2k take home.If you go bc with this amount of income you are liable for a big IPA
I have my new partner living with me and her son, she does not work and does not claim CSA payments from her ex husband. In fact there divorce and situation is very amicable.

IPA+ Income Payment Award. It's where you pay a % of your surplus income to the OR after reasonable living expenses.

If you live outside of the EU are you actually living in a Country where CSA payments are enforcable?
You are on the new system CSA, this assessment is based on % of income to amount of children being claimed for, i can't remember the exact figures but its something like 15% of income for 1 child, 20% for 2 children etc.,......you may be able to claim an allowance for your new partners child .....not sure how that works on new system but worth checking out.
How old are your children that still live with your ex-wife?0
