going BR before handing keys back ?!?

ok so my forms are filled in and im ringing the court thursday morning. im viewing the rented house also this week and i persume im right in thinkin i should sign up and move in for the 1st august ?! i have a 28 suspended repossession order on my house due to arrears arrangement so from the 1st they wont be gettin the mortgage payment ! no doubt they will start there court proccedings ?!
when im in the rented house from 1st august.. when should i hand my keys back? and do i keep them til i got my court date ?!
what if the 28 day suspended repossession order kicks in before my BR court date?

i aint a clue on the best way to do all of these

Have not got a clue. Would imagine you have two options

1)Wait and see what happens

2)Get the keys back which ever way suits.

Either way no skin of your nose

If i was you i would just let the OR sort it once your are BR as its an asset they should deal with all that.
