Thanks to everyone for replying. We have now filled in the IPOQ and am sending it off. It works out that OH has roughly £80 surplus. I think they will probably take off Christmas, trips/outings, house repairs, toys/books so that adds about another £60 to his surplus so I think he will get an IPA.

Dont know if anyone has come across this before but in December our fixed rate ends and our mortgage will go up to about £1500 per month. What happens then to the IPA do we just inform the OR and then we get to readjust our figures or is it tough we have to try and find the money another way?

We are trying to sell the house at the moment but as you can probably guess with the climate as it is not much is happening.

Write to them at the time as soon as you know what your new payments are and, you'll then have to fill in another IPOQ and they'll adjust the IPA.

My IPA got dissolved due to change in income. They are not set in stone and for the whole 36 mths(depending on the wording you get from the OR;) )IPA's can be altered up/down,suspended or dissolved altogether.D
