BR date now Sept !!

After compiling all paperwork file of creditors letters etc and meetings with my advisor at CAB.

Crewe are still saying can't give me proper date:mad: just wanna have a date to look to and be positive. Rang them today they are hoping letting me know Thursday or Friday with date for September.

Wish I had a drop in like some have on here, Having decided back in June it seams like September is forever.

On a happier note The Co Op have sent me my nice new card and its BLUE not green. Still just cashminder, but at least net access. As I'm going to loose my Nationwide account. Barclays are ok but no net access.

Now I'm thinking I don't use the Co Op account until after BR. Then OR not be interested if I show statements with nothing going in or out??? Have Child tax paid to my Barclays until day of BR then move?? Does this sound about right??

Sorry Get me out but i have a question that someone might be able to answer but do you have to go to your nearest court? Perhaps you can inquire about other courts and decide to go there instead as it might be quicker?

If i was the banks they i would be worried that the courts are taking bookings for BR into Sept when its only July.

I have a county court in my home town BUT they don't deal with BR. I have to travel to Crewe 2 hours by bus, each way.

I can get to Chester BUT I don't think I can file BR there?? Anyone else done this??

You have to go to the court allocated for your area. You have to be residing in that area for at least 6 months to go BR at that court other wise you have to go to the court where you previously resided.

    Chester do do BR's

I live in Wiltshire my nearest court is Swindon who do BR's but I had to go to Bath in Somerset as that is the one allocated for my area.
