Hi,
You wont be able to book online using deals, only over the phone. And as long as surname is the same, at the moment you will be fine; after May mailing, all deals will have postcodes on as well, so you would all have to be living at the same address!
Check out www.paidtoshop.co.uk - dedicated to clubcard points!!!Comp wins: Jan: Cuddly Iguana, Disney Watch Feb: Nothing!! March: Love Curse of the Rumbaughs book April: Nothing!! May: Years free cinema tickets0 -
Yes and if you read the details, the prices are the ones in the brochure and not the online prices and there are none of the discounts included. It's the same with the Cosmos holidays too as we've just booked them.

I was thinking of doing the same so this is helpful stuff.
amateur_saver you seem to know a bit about this, do you reckon it's worth doing if you've got a stack of vouchers, or are the prices much higher when you don't include the discounts? Does it make it almost not worth bothering?
Never been to Florida before so it's a minefield as far as I'm concerned...0 -
The only discount you won't get is the online discount and you can't book latedeals or megadeals as far as I know. You can price up the holiday on the virgin website just add back on the online discount usually 5%. It depends how much you have in vouchers as to whether its worth using them or not. I paid for almost all my holiday with vouchers so it was worth it for me.0

I used vouchers last year towards a Virgin holiday in San Fransisco and Las Vegas. When I next do it I will book the domestic part (Edinburgh to London return) separately by myself as, when I saw the breakdown of what I was charged for this part (£700 for 3), I was shocked.0

I've booked to go to China with the CC Deals 2 weeks ago.
Did it on the phone AND got same discount I would have got when paying with cash.

i would price the holiday with the vouchers and again with out and see just what the difference is
as when booking with someone like thomson you get the virgin discount and then a thomson discount as well..may have to be booked in store for the higher discounts, its always worth asking for a discount in store if ones not given as travel agents get quite high commission on these so they will often give you say "a managers special" to get you booked

I have booked the hol with virgin with tesco vouchers paying for part of the hol there has been some fun though! Let me explain the phone price was £200 more than the online price b4 online discount.Phoned up to querie this got through to india, waited for 45mins to be told ok give you the £200 refund.
Then phoned girl who booked hol for us she said yep £200 off hol as not shown on the internet.Ten mins later another call from girl who we booked it with saying sorry can't give you the refund as it is fuel suppliment that is added at the very end of booking !!!!
Now the price on internet says the includes all supplements and charges.Whats going on here is it the new tax our Gordon has added or have I been done????Just to let anyone know do your homework as thoroughly as you can b4 booking anything;)
