if it was a non runner it states (non runner) not sp.. and then you can bet again, thats if it is declared a non runner before a race, Ive had that before... but if its not declared until the race then you cant bet until it is declared a non runner, sp usually means bookies dont want to declare odds for whatever reason, just to protect themselves.
