go to "My Page" and look at "My Betting Diary" on the right-hand side. does it show a horse for today, 19th August?

Mine let me do it almost straight away no problem...although seemed to take a while to register as a non runner on the site - have you not picked another one already by mistake?

Hi I hope someone can help me.
Back in May I booked a room as you could get 2000 points. I thought great. i have never booked rooms before so it sounded a brilliant idea. I did the booking later I spoke on the phone to check with the hotel and they told me something about the priority club.... a news paper in the morning free!

I sent pigsback the invoice and the information by post in June/july... (I had forgotten about this) .... and waited.

I sent them an email this week to see what was going on and they say that they never recieved my letter and that i had prioryclub so i can't have piggipoints. I feel very disappinted with pigsback and cheated of my points. Any ideas?

It does say in the T&C's that Priority Club bookings don't get points but as you booked it before becoming a member of the Priority club... you may have a case however unless you have the original recipet to re send them I'm not sure you'll get the points.

Pigsback appear to be quite apt at losing letters....
