Hi everyone, Ive tried today to claim my rewards. I have 7450 points and have tried to claim 6x£10 boots vouchers. The amount is within my balance but every time that i go to the screen where i confirm my address details and i click submit, i get a green tick but nothing else seems to happen. I tried last night and again this morning but still i have been unable to claim them. Can anyone help? Cheers Lenny

Why do you have that many points?

Sorry I can't help but the advice everyone gives is take them as soon as you can when you have 1150.

Do you have a popup blocker or anything like that stopping it. I don't have enough points to test it out here.

Also order them one at a time incase any get lost in the post.
