Well done on filling in your forms, I found it easy with the online system. When you come to print out you need 3 copies so make sure you have enough ink and paper ;) I got a new ink cartridge and then ran out of paper so had to go for some more.
The cost is £345 and the court costs are £150 so you need to take £495 with you to court. You may be exempt from the £150 court costs if you are on benefits or low income, one of the debt charities could advise you on that. I'v gone brain dead tonight but I think the form for that was EX160 but not 100% sure I've got that correct, but CAB or similar would be able to tell you.
Ring your local court and they will tell you their system for BR, some courts have a drop in system and others you have to book. I went to Nottingham and there was a three week wait there to book the date. The actual court bit was quite quick, I was there about 2 hours and 1 hour of that was in the cafe haveing a bacon cob :D all the court staff I met were really nice and helpful and it was not as formal as I thought it would be.
I'm still waiting for my OR interview, they seem to be busy at the moment.

    Morning debt
After the judge has stamped your SOA and declared you bc,you either get a quick call from the OR at the courts or they will ring you at home later that day.Usually they just ask if there is anything urgent that needs to be delt with straight way, like bank accounts.

You then have to wait maybe a few wks or the interview,as bones says they are busy so it could be a while.

When you ring your local court if they operate appointment systems they will give you a date there and then.

    Good luck

Just one point when you did the forms in section 4 you would have listed unsecured creditors, you have to repeat any of these in section 5 if they are cc/bank cards/store cards. A lot of posters don't and it can cause a problem, with one poster being refused his petition,he had to go back another day:eek: .D

Debt when you print it out make the adjustments in pen then show the clerk when you go in and they will initial it with you.

If it is a drop then you will be BR when the judge stamps your petition.
