pension vs mortgage

We have an industrial unit that would have been put into o a sipp in April. We also have an amount left to pay on our mortgage, which is roughly the same value as the unit.
Should we sell the unit and pay off our mortgage ( I am 57 ) or try to rent the unit and put that into the pension and pay the mortgage off in 2008 when the pension kicks in?

You need professional advice and not suggestions from a website.
You need it both now to look at current rules and again in January when the revised rules will be known.
