Endsleigh car insurance with cashback-rewards - confusion

My brother needs to renew his car insurance. I've used all the comparison sites, and Endsleigh look to be the cheapest. Cashback-rewards.co.uk claim to do £45 cashback for each policy you take out. The policy needs to be done in his name, but I want to get the cashback in my name, call it my 'finders fee'... :D

The question is, if I open a cashback-rewards account in my name, then buy a policy in his name, will it work? Will I get the cashback?

Also, how can I be sure that it gets tracked properly? I am using Firefox 3.0.
