Help can't get online with vodaphone dongle?

Please can someone help me as I can't get online to the internet with my vodaphone dongle/ mobiler broadband .

I have had it for a long time without any problems but all of a sudden It will not connect using my laptop or desktop.

It tells me it is connected but I cannot get onto any websites with mozilla or internet explorer.

Vodaphone technical support have been trying to help but have been mystified. Please can someone help I will be at the library tomorrow to check any posts.

Hiya, I had the same problem on 02, my computer said I was linked to the usb, but it kept cutting out to the internet, the problem was my dongle, got a new one and it's working again, did your old dongle get warm when in use? mine did and I think it burnt itself out.

I would be interested to know if there was any outcome to this problem.

I was trying to help a friend who has this same problem, we were on the phone to Vodafone IT help the other day for 90 mins, they were telling us to check all sorts of things which we were doing, then we got cut off and could not get through again grrrrrrrrr.

So he still has this exact same problem... has a connection but cant view web pages.
