If they are gonna give us the voucher (which im having big doubts about) they are certainly leaving it to the last minute ???

and - you cannot email them now as they have changed their address or something - nothing comes up

There's always been a problem with their email address. Many have tried to send them a message in the past and had it returned, however, they still seem to have received it the other end. I tried emailing them yesterday, got it returned 4 times (like when I tried weeks ago), but I'm hoping they've still got it.
