Cheapest place for party supplies?

Can anyone recommend the best place to get party supplies - table run, cups, plates, food boxes etc. Looking for a pirate theme.

My son had a Spiderman themed party this year and I bought some themed tableware (Tesco was cheapest place I could find Spiderman) and some plain as it was much cheaper. I bought Spiderman plates, and tablecloths but bought plain cups (poundshop) and blue napkins (Ikea).

We had a few Spiderman decorations and balloons and the plain stuff didn't detract from the fact that it was a Spiderman party.

I would shop around looking for pirate theme - I think Asda does pirates. Also eBay is good.

    HTH :D
